NWSA is an association who wants their youth to grow and learn as much as they are willing. We keep them entertained with fun activities and parties at all the shows. We want our youth to enjoy the shows and enjoy each other. In the past we have had dances, pizza parties, dunk tankS, a balloon throw at volunteer trainers, dog shows, swim parties, scavenger huntS, road apple bingo, and other fun games and activities. Junior judging helps them understand what the judges are looking for while judging the classes. We hope to keep our youth involved with one another and teach them that even though they are competitors; they can still be friends and have fun. Using these activities as a backdrop, our youth learn life long lessons of care, responsibility and good sportsmanship while showing their American Saddlebred Horse. The horsemanship skills they learn turn them into life long promoters of this magnificent breed of horse. Feel free to check us out!
